Refund/Cancellation/Reschedule Policies

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or move to a different class if you give us written notice by e-mail to at least 1 week (7 days) in advance of the scheduled course time.  In the case of a cancellation, you will receive a credit (moved to another date or a refund (minus the 25%  Administration & Processing fees for the course).  Student(s) who are no-call no-show (medical emergencies excluded*) shall receive no refund what so ever.  If you need to cancel, You must contact us in writing 1 week (7 days) prior to class date. Refund Policy

Full payment is accepted but not required at registration time. Deposits are recommended at registration You may be given the option to apply your training fee to a future class. If you only made a deposit for your class there will be NO REFUND of deposits. If Firearms Training and Assistance finds the need to cancel a class for any reason, the student(s) will have the option of applying training fees to future classes or given a refund (minus the 25%  Administration and Processing fees for the course).  Student(s) who are no-call no-show, shall receive no refund what so ever.

Reschedule Policy

All courses require a minimum number of students per class. Firearms Training and Assistance, reserves the right to cancel the course and notifying you of moving you to another class date. If you are unable to attend the course on the rescheduled date, we will be happy to move you to another class date.
